Return Quantity: Minimum return quantity should be 2 meters. We don't accept one-meter pieces as this material is cut according to your requirements.

Condition for Return: The company will accept return requests only if the issue is genuine and substantiated.

• An incorrect item was shipped.

Return Process:

Contact Us: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if a product is misrepresented on our website, please contact us via email, chat, or phone. Save all packing materials and the item itself. We request you to make an unpackaging/unboxing video for orders received and share it with us in case of any complaint/query.

Replacement: We will ship a replacement product at no extra shipping cost. If a return pickup is arranged, please hand over the properly packaged item at the time of pickup. The replacement product will be delivered once the returned product is picked up.

Out of Stock: If the originally ordered item is no longer in stock, we will request you to choose an alternate item and ship it to you at no extra shipping cost.
