Return/Exchange Policy

At Kapdashop, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience with each transaction. If you wish to return a product, please review the following terms for a mutually agreed resolution. Return Policy

  • Return Window: You can return a product within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests for returns can be made by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
  • Return Quantity Minimum return quantity should be 2 Meters

Note – We don't accept one-meter pieces as this material is cut according to your requirements

  • Condition for Return: The company will accept return requests only if the issue is genuine and substantiated.

Situations Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • The item was damaged during transit.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • An incorrect item was shipped.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if a product is misrepresented on our website, please contact us via email, chat, or phone. Save all packing materials and the item itself. We request you to make an unpackaging/unboxing video for orders received and share it with us in case of any complaint/query.
  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement product at no extra shipping cost. If a return pickup is arranged, please hand over the properly packaged item at the time of pickup. The replacement product will be delivered once the returned product is picked up.
  • Out of Stock: If the originally ordered item is no longer in stock, we will request you to choose an alternate item and ship it to you at no extra shipping cost.

Important Guidelines for Returns

  • Report Issues: Report any issues along with product images, video, and description within 48 hours of receiving the product. For incorrect sizes or insufficient fabric, include scale measurement images and video.
  • Accurate Documentation: Provide accurate images/videos when registering a complaint. If the returned product does not match the complaint details, the request for credit, replacement, or refund will not be entertained.
  • Legitimacy Verification: Do not courier back an item without prior consultation with our customer relations team. Unauthorized returns will be sent back, and reshipment charges will apply.

 

  • Specific Descriptions: Be specific when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
  • Return Shipping: Return items using registered post/courier as advised in our return authorization email. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless an exception is agreed upon.
  • Product Condition: The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged.

Reverse Pick-Up Policy

  • Order Number: Mention your order number in the subject line to expedite processing.
  • Condition: Ensure the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
  • Original Packaging: Maintain the original packaging for items to be returned.
  • Secure Packing: Pack items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Pickup Timing: Items for reverse pick-up will be collected within 3-4 business days from the request date.
  • Processing: After receiving the item(s), your request for credit code/returns/exchanges will be processed.
  • Refunds: Banks typically take 7-10 business days to process refunds once initiated by us. Customer banks may take an additional 2-3 business days to post these to the account.
  • Exchanges: New orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned shipment.
  • Refund Discretion: Refunds are issued at the company's sole discretion.

Additional Notes

  • Choice-Based Returns: Reverse pickup is not available for returns due to customer choice or if the correct products were delivered. In such cases, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • Non-Serviceable Areas: Some pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick-up. Customers in these areas will need to send items back to us.
  • International Returns: Reverse pickup is not available outside India.
