At KapdaShop, we are committed to providing top-quality fabrics and a smooth shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’re here to support you. Please read our policy carefully for a clear and hassle-free process.

📝 Please mention your Order Number in the subject line to expedite your request.


🔁 Return Window

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return requests must be raised through email or WhatsApp.

📏 Return Quantity Guidelines

  • Minimum return quantity: 2 meters
  • Note: 1-meter returns are not accepted as fabric is cut specifically to order.

When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item shipped

⚠️ Returns for personal preferences (e.g., not liking the fabric) are not accepted.


💰 Refund Policy for COD & Prepaid Orders

  • If your order was placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid, and charges (like shipping or COD service fees) were applied, only the product amount is refundable in case of a genuine issue.
  • Shipping and COD service charges are non-refundable.

📦 Return Process

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share the following:
    • Clear images of the product
    • A short video highlighting the issue
    • Description of the issue (include scale measurements if applicable)
    • Unboxing video is mandatory for complaint verification
  3. After verification:
    • A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
    • If the product is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or store credit
    • Refunds are processed only after the return is picked up and inspected

🚚 Reverse Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickups are arranged within 3–4 business days of the request.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, unstitched, and undamaged
    • Packed securely in original packaging
    • Clearly labeled with your Order Number

Processing Time

  • Refunds: 7–10 business days (bank dependent)
  • Exchanges: Dispatched within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item

⚠️ Important Guidelines

  • Do not return items without prior confirmation. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at your expense.
  • Return shipping costs (unless otherwise mentioned) are to be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds are approved at KapdaShop's sole discretion based on inspection results.

🌍 Special Conditions

  • Choice-based returns (e.g., fabric not liked) are not eligible for reverse pickup.
  • For customers in non-serviceable pin codes, return shipping must be done manually.
  • International orders are not eligible for reverse pickup.
