Cancellation Policy

At Kapdashop customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every customer has a seamless experience with each transaction. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, the following terms apply for a mutually agreed resolution. If an item you ordered from thedesigncart.com does not meet your expectations, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Terms

  1. Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order until it has been shipped from our warehouse. You will be notified via Email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order when the shipment occurs. This policy includes items purchased on sale. Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable as no payment has been made.
  2. Shipping Address Modification: You can modify the shipping address of your order before it has been processed (packed) by calling our customer care at +91 8895808841.
  3. Refund Process: If you selected Cash on Delivery at the time of placing the order, no refund is applicable as no payment was made. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, a refund will be issued to the original payment source within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
