Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (in India)

  • Our courier partners can deliver orders to 16000+ pin codes in India.
  • All Prepaid Orders above Rs. 899 are eligible for Free Shipping and Prepaid Orders below Rs. 799 are charged a flat fee of Rs.65. All Cash on Delivery orders are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99. Cash on delivery is subject to serviceability from our courier partners. 

Shipping Internationally:

  • We ship across the globe with DHL (5 to 7 business days), ARAMEX (10 to 14 business days), and India Post. Real-time shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the total weight of the parcel.
  • All local taxes and customs duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier based on your respective country. These customs duties and local taxes are to be borne exclusively by the buyer. Kapdashop will not be responsible for any clearance of parcels stuck due to local taxes and import customs duties. We will however facilitate the conversation with the courier partner for early clearance of parcels

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • It takes approx. 3 - 7 working days to deliver your order to your doorstep. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Flight delays, Political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We have multiple pickup points across India and hence your orders may be delivered to you in multiple parcels. In case you have placed a Cash on Delivery order, your total amount gets automatically subdivided on a pro-rata basis.
  • In such cases, our customer support proactively will be in touch with you to inform you of any upcoming delays.  Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to the delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any moment if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded the amount once the order is canceled.
