Our courier partners can deliver orders to 16000+ pin codes in India. All Prepaid Orders above Rs. 899 are eligible for Free Shipping and Prepaid Orders below Rs. 799 are charged a flat fee of Rs.65. All Cash on Delivery orders are charged a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99. 

Shipping Internationally:-

• We ship across the globe with DHL (5 to 7 business days), ARAMEX (10 to 14 business days), and India Post. Real-time shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the total weight of the parcel.
• All local taxes and customs duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier based on your respective country.

Estimated Delivery Time:-

• It takes approx. 3 - 7 working days to deliver your order to your doorstep. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Flight delays, Political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy

Return Window: You can return a product within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests for returns can be made via our website or by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

Return Quantity: Minimum return quantity should be 2 meters. We don't accept one-meter pieces as this material is cut according to your requirements.

Condition for Return: The company will accept return requests only if the issue is genuine and substantiated.

Situations Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• The item was damaged during transit.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• An incorrect item was shipped.

Return Process:

Contact Us: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if a product is misrepresented on our website, please contact us via email, chat, or phone. Save all packing materials and the item itself. We request you to make an unpackaging/unboxing video for orders received and share it with us in case of any complaint/query.

Replacement: We will ship a replacement product at no extra shipping cost. If a return pickup is arranged, please hand over the properly packaged item at the time of pickup. The replacement product will be delivered once the returned product is picked up.

Out of Stock: If the originally ordered item is no longer in stock, we will request you to choose an alternate item and ship it to you at no extra shipping cost.
