Return Window: You can return a product within 7 days from the date of receipt. Requests for returns can be made via our website or by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

Return Quantity: Minimum return quantity should be 2 meters. We don't accept one-meter pieces as this material is cut according to your requirements.

Condition for Return: The company will accept return requests only if the issue is genuine and substantiated.

Replacement: We will ship a replacement product at no extra shipping cost. If a return pickup is arranged, please hand over the properly packaged item at the time of pickup. The replacement product will be delivered once the returned product is picked up.
